Welcome Drinks

What: Casual, drop-in style gathering with drinks and light bites. No formal schedule—come when you can!
Dress code: Cocktail attire (dresses/heels or slacks/button-downs; bring a sweater—it's outdoors and can get chilly).
Getting there:

Carmel-by-the-Sea is walkable with street parking (may take a few loops).

Ubers/Lyfts work well from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey.

If you're staying in Carmel Valley, schedule rideshares in advance as they can be slow or unavailable.​
Saturday, August 9
Our Wedding
When: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM

Where: Holman Ranch, 60 Holman Rd, Carmel Valley, CA 93924
​
Dress code: Formal / black-tie optional. Long dresses or heels for women, suit and tie or tuxes for men. Bring a sweater—it will be outdoors and cool in the evening.

Getting there by shuttle:
If you reserved a shuttle spot, please board at Carmel Mission Inn, 3665 Rio Rd, Carmel, CA 93923.

2:45–3:00 PM: Shuttles arrive, get on board.

3:00 PM: Shuttles depart from Carmel Mission Inn to Holman Ranch (20-30 min ride)​.

10:00 PM: Return shuttle service to Carmel Mission Inn begins.

Getting there by car:
If you plan to get there and back by Uber/Lyft, please plan to pre-schedule your ride back home. While rideshares are fairly easy to call from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey, they can be scarce or unavailable in Carmel Valley (especially at night).

If you plan to drive, park in the winery guest parking lot near the pond as you drive into the Holman Ranch property. There will be staff onsite to help direct you, and golf carts to take you up to the ceremony site.
Saturday, August 9
After Party
When: 10:00 PM–2:00 AM

Where: The Running Iron, 24 E Carmel Valley Rd, Carmel Valley, C
​
What: A dive bar and local watering hole where we can continue to the party with dancing, drinks, and late night snacks.
Getting there:

By shuttle: the first shuttles will leave Holman Ranch at 10:00 PM to drop off at The Running Iron (5 min), and then go on to Carmel Mission Inn. 27 passenger shuttles will run continuously from the bar back to the hotel until the final departure from The Running Iron at 2:00 AM. ​

By car: head a short ways down Carmel Valley Road to the bar!
